“Don’t be pushed around by the fears in your mind. Be led by the dreams in your heart.” – Roy T. Bennett
Ciao, folks! It’s a pleasure to see you joining me for Day #97 in A Year of Positivity! Today’s quote is another good one by Roy T. Bennett, “Don’t be pushed by the fears in your mind. Be led by the dreams in your heart.”
Fear can seriously make us believe we’re not good enough or strong enough. It can prevent us from chasing after our dreams, and it can block us from reaching our full potential. Don’t let anything or anyone, even yourself, tell you that you’re not good enough because you are. Don’t let the fear and the self-doubt take over your mind. Don’t let the critics guide your path.
Stand your ground, look your reflection in the eye, and tell yourself that you are good enough, that you’re strong enough, and that you’ve got this. Sometimes it can be hard to tell who’s really supportive of you, and sometimes there’s no one in our corner. This is part of why it’s so incredibly important to be our own cheerleader. Also, it’s important to believe in ourselves, and love ourselves, before we can love others and be there for them.
Don’t let your fears drive you off the path you really want for yourself.
Let the passion of your dreams do the leading.
